Somik uses advanced world class 2D and 3D software’s for tool  design and process design. All our tool designs are being validated with design validation  software’s for tool design optimization and input material optimization.

Continuous  improvement is the major driver for the growth of Somik by focusing on core  principles such as PFMEA & structured problem solving approach that laid thefoundation for making defect free products and first time PPAP approvals.
